Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup skim milk
- cooking spray
- 4 whole-wheat bread, 1 inch slices, or any whole grain bread
To serve:
- ¼ oz whipped cream
- 1 cup fruits, of your choice (combination of golden kiwis, oranges, blueberries, and strawberries) fresh
Instructions
- Whisk the eggs, milk, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
- Grease your skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium.
- Dip the pieces of bread into the egg mixture and then transfer them to the pan or skillet.
- Cook for no more than 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
