How To Make Strawberry Vanilla Pancakes

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup diced strawberries


  1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  2. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, Greek yogurt, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

  4. Gently fold in the diced strawberries.

  5. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.

  6. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.

  7. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on both sides.

  8. Serve the pancakes warm with your favorite toppings like maple syrup or whipped cream.
