Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
  • 2 cups of fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, combine the chopped spinach, feta cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.

  3. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheet into a rectangle.

  4. Spread the spinach mixture evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.

  5. Starting from one long side, tightly roll the puff pastry into a log shape.

  6. Slice the log into 1-inch thick rolls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

  7. Brush the tops of the rolls with the beaten egg wash.

  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and crispy.

  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
