  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat.

  2. Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, dried thyme, and dried rosemary.

  3. Drizzle olive oil over the pork chops and rub the seasonings into the meat.

  4. Grill or cook the pork chops for about 8-10 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

  5. Remove from heat and allow the pork chops to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
