Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef brisket
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 4 hamburger buns
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

Season the beef brisket with salt and pepper on both sides.

Place the brisket on the grill and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side until nicely browned.
