Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach leaves
  • 2 cups kale leaves
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Rinse the spinach and kale leaves thoroughly.

  2. Peel and slice the banana.

  3. In a blender, add the spinach, kale, banana, almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey, chia seeds, and ice cubes.

  4. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

  5. If needed, add more almond milk for a thinner consistency.

  6. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
