  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 4 cloves
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 apple, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine apple cider, orange juice, cranberry juice, lemon juice, brown sugar, cinnamon stick, and cloves.

  2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes.

  3. Add the sliced orange and apple to the pot and continue simmering for another 30 minutes.

  4. Remove the cinnamon stick and cloves before serving.

  5. Ladle the wassail into mugs and garnish with additional slices of orange and apple, if desired.
