Ingredients
- 2 cups powdered sugar pancake mix
- 1½ cups water
- butter, for greasing
For Homemade Powder Sugar Pancake Mix:
- 2¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ½ cup dry milk powder
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tbsp baking soda
- ¾ tsp salt
For Garnish:
- 1 cup blueberries, fresh
- ¼ tsp powdered sugar
Instructions
Homemade Powder Sugar Pancake Mix:

Sift all the ingredients for the pancake mix and set them aside.

In a mixing bowl, add measured pancake mix and water. Fold until evenly incorporated.

Set aside in a chilled area and allow to rest for at least 30 minutes. This will give more volume to the pancakes once cooked.

Preheat the griddle and brush with melted butter.

Ladle roughly ¼ cup of pancake mix onto your griddle. Cook until golden brown on 1 side. Flip and cook the other side, roughly 5 minutes per side.
