How To Make Cranberry-Blueberry Sauce
This sweet and tart cranberry-blueberry sauce also has cinnamon, ginger, and orange flavors. It’s a great accompaniment to oatmeal, pancakes, and more.

Ingredients
- 4cupsfresh cranberries
- 1½cupswater
- 1orange,zested and juiced
- 4cinnamon sticks
- 1pcfresh ginger,grated
- 1tspvanilla extract
- 6whole cloves
- ½tspnutmeg,freshly grated
- ¼tspallspice,ground
- 1pintblueberries
- ¾tspmaple syrup
Instructions

Mix cranberries, water, orange zest and juice, cinnamon sticks, ginger, vanilla extract, cloves, nutmeg, and allspice together in a large saucepan until well combined; bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring frequently, for about 20 minutes or until many of the cranberries pop and sauce starts to thicken.

Add blueberries and maple syrup; cook and stir until mixture returns to a simmer. Cook, stirring frequently, for about 20 minutes until desired consistency.

Allow to cool completely. Remove cinnamon sticks and cloves; refrigerate for 6 hours, to overnight.
