- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 eggs
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, water, melted butter, and eggs.

Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring until a sticky dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Place the dough back into the mixing bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Preheat a griddle or non-stick skillet over medium-low heat.

Punch down the dough and divide it into 4 equal portions. Shape each portion into a ball.

Place the dough balls onto the griddle or skillet and cook for about 8-10 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
