How To Make Essene Bread Recipe

  • 2 cups sprouted wheat berries
  • 1 cup sprouted rye berries
  • 1/4 cup flaxseeds
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp salt


  1. Rinse the sprouted wheat and rye berries and drain well.

  2. In a food processor, grind the sprouted grains into a fine dough-like consistency.

  3. Add flaxseeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, water, and salt to the dough. Process until well combined.

  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  5. Line a bread pan with parchment paper and transfer the dough into it.

  6. Smooth out the top of the dough with a spatula.

  7. Bake for 1 hour or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.

  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before slicing.
