  • 2 cups cassava flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup warm water

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix cassava flour and salt together.

  2. Add olive oil to the flour mixture and mix well.

  3. Gradually pour in warm water, stirring as you go, until a soft dough forms.

  4. Knead the dough for a few minutes until smooth and elastic.

  5. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.

  6. Place a ball of dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out into a thin 6-inch circle.

  7. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook each tortilla for about 1-2 minutes on each side or until lightly golden brown.

  8. Repeat the process with the remaining dough balls.

  9. Serve the cassava flour tortillas warm and enjoy!
