Ingredients

  • 300g almond flour
  • 300g powdered sugar
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 tsp almond extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour and powdered sugar.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

  4. Gently fold the egg whites and almond extract into the almond flour mixture.

  5. Transfer the dough into a piping bag fitted with a star-shaped nozzle.

  6. Pipe the dough into rings on the prepared baking sheet, gradually decreasing the size of the rings.

  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

  8. Allow the rings to cool completely on a wire rack.

  9. Stack the rings to form a tower, starting with the largest ring at the bottom and the smallest ring at the top.
