Ingredients
- 2 green bell peppers, finely chopped
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup of cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup of white sugar
- 1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix peppers, onions, vinegar, sugar, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
- Transfer to a medium saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until thickened, about 25 minutes.
- Let it cool down before serving.
