Ingredients

  • 1 pound rabbit meat, cut into small pieces
  • 2 cups assorted vegetables (carrots, peppers, onions, etc.)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, and cook until fragrant.

  2. Add rabbit meat and cook until browned.

  3. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes, or until tender.

  4. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, water, salt, and pepper.

  5. Pour sauce over the stir-fry, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce thickens and coats the meat and vegetables.

  6. Serve hot.
