How To Make Green Bell Pepper Soup Recipe

A delicious, creamy soup made with fresh green bell peppers and seasonings.

Ingredients

  • 3 green bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium-high heat.
  2. Add green bell peppers, onion, and garlic and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  6. Use an immersion blender or transfer to a blender and blend until smooth.
  7. Stir in heavy cream, salt, and black pepper.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
