Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until golden brown.

Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green chili. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.

Add ground beef to the pan and break it up with a spoon. Cook until the meat is browned and cooked through.

Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well to coat the meat with the spices.

Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan, and let the keema simmer for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Once the keema is cooked and the flavors have melded together, remove from heat.

Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with rice, naan, or roti.
