How To Make Super Deluxe Steak Nachos
Follow these tasty nachos recipes for some not-so-ordinary appetizers. Layer those tortilla chips with beef, cheese, onions, tomatoes and a whole lot more! Mix and match the best ingredients with your nachos for a quick hunger buster.

Ingredients
- 1 lb of sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp of chili powder
- 1 tsp of cumin
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 1 bag of tortilla chips
- 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of sliced jalapenos
- 1/4 cup of sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup of diced red onion
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
- Sour cream and guacamole, for serving
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a bowl, combine the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Rub the spice mixture onto both sides of the steak slices.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak slices and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove from heat and set aside.

Arrange tortilla chips in a single layer on a baking sheet. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the chips.

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Top the nachos with the cooked steak slices, diced tomatoes, sliced jalapenos, sliced black olives, diced red onion, and chopped cilantro.

Serve the nachos hot with sour cream and guacamole on the side.
