How To Make Guacamole Deviled Eggs
Made with hard-boiled eggs with mashed avocado, lime juice, and cilantro, these guacamole deviled eggs are the healthy and the best appetizers one can have!

Ingredients
- 6large eggs,hard-boiled
- 1medium hass avocado,(about 5 oz)
- 3tspfresh lime juice
- 1tspred onion,minced
- 1tbspjalapeño,minced
- 1tbspfresh cilantro,chopped
- kosher salt and fresh ground pepper,to taste
- 1tbsptomato,diced
- pinchchili powder,for garnish
Instructions

Peel the cooled hard-boiled eggs.

Cut the eggs in half horizontally, and set the yolks aside.

In a bowl, mash the avocado and 2 whole egg yolks. Discard the rest.

Mix in the lime juice, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Adjust to taste, then gently fold in the tomato.

Scoop heaping spoonfuls of the guacamole into the 12 halved eggs.

Sprinkle with a little chili powder for color and arrange on a platter.
