How To Make Bacon Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
- 12hard boiled eggspeeled and cut in half
- ½cupmayonnaise
- 2tbspheavy cream
- 2tspyellow mustard
- Salt and pepperto taste
- ¼tspsmoked paprika
- 4slicesbaconcooked and crumbled
- ¼cupchivesminced
Instructions

Separate the egg whites from the yolks of the hard boiled eggs.

Place the yolks in the bowl of a food processor, then place the whites on a serving tray.

Add the mayonnaise, heavy cream, mustard and salt and pepper to the food processor; then process until smooth.

Place the egg yolk mixture in a piping bag fitted with a large star tip.

Pipe the filling into the cavity of each egg white.

Sprinkle smoked paprika over the eggs.

Top with bacon and chives, serve, and enjoy!
