How To Make Bacon Deviled Eggs

Impress your guests with a batch of sophisticated deviled eggs! They’re topped with bacon and seasonings for a hearty appetizer.

  • 12hard boiled eggspeeled and cut in half
  • ½cupmayonnaise
  • 2tbspheavy cream
  • 2tspyellow mustard
  • Salt and pepperto taste
  • ¼tspsmoked paprika
  • 4slicesbaconcooked and crumbled
  • ¼cupchivesminced


  1. Separate the egg whites from the yolks of the hard boiled eggs.

  2. Place the yolks in the bowl of a food processor, then place the whites on a serving tray.

  3. Add the mayonnaise, heavy cream, mustard and salt and pepper to the food processor; then process until smooth.

  4. Place the egg yolk mixture in a piping bag fitted with a large star tip.

  5. Pipe the filling into the cavity of each egg white.

  6. Sprinkle smoked paprika over the eggs.

  7. Top with bacon and chives, serve, and enjoy!
