How To Make Chinese Deviled Eggs
A take on the classic deviled eggs recipe with a twist from the Chinese palate. Enojy the smoothe mixture of yolks and mushroom sauce, boosted with the savory flavors of soy sauce and ginger.
Ingredients
- 8 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. mushroom sauce
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 2 tbsp. paprika
Instructions
- After peeling hard-boiled eggs, cut them the long way.
- Rinse and core the yolk.
- Mix yolk with mushroom sauce, soy sauce, ginger and paprika.
- Stuff the whites.
- Sprinkle with paprika and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
