Ingredients
- 4 cups diced green tomatoes
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.

Add onions and garlic, and cook until soft.

Add diced green tomatoes and vegetable broth.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Add heavy cream and blend until smooth using a stick blender or regular blender.
