How To Make Garlicky Chili Pickles

If you love spicy treats, then you’d love these Garlicky Chili Pickles packed with a kick from Holland chilis, and jalapeños with an added hint of garlic.

Ingredients

  • 4kirby cucumbers
  • 4Holland red and yellow chils,(2 of each)
  • 2jalapeños
  • 3clovesgarlic
  • cupwater
  • ¾cupwhite wine vinegar
  • 1tbspkosher salt
  • 2tsppickling spice

Instructions

  1. Pack the cucumbers, standing upright, into a 1-quart mason jar.

  2. Tuck the chilis and garlic in all around.

  3. In a small saucepan, bring the water, vinegar, salt, and pickling spice to a boil.

  4. Slowly pour the hot liquid into the jar.

  5. Close the lid and refrigerate overnight.
