- 8tbspunsalted butter1 stick
- ½cupflour
- 1tspsalt
- ¼tspblack pepper
- ½tspdry mustard
- 4cupsmilkwhole or 2%
- 8ozAmerican Cheese
- ½cupblue cheese
- ½cupcheddar cheese
- 8ozsemolina rotini pastacooked
Instructions

Heat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Melt the butter in a pot on medium heat, then add in the flour, salt, pepper, and mustard.

Whisk until smooth, then cook for 30 seconds.

Slowly add in the milk in 1 cup increments until smooth.

Add in the American cheese, blue cheese, and cheddar cheese, then whisk until fully melted.

Add in the pasta and stir.
