This three-cheese mac and cheese is just as delectable as Boston Market’s! Cook this up in less than an hour for a creamy, cheesy meal.

Ingredients

  • 8tbspunsalted butter1 stick
  • ½cupflour
  • 1tspsalt
  • ¼tspblack pepper
  • ½tspdry mustard
  • 4cupsmilkwhole or 2%
  • 8ozAmerican Cheese
  • ½cupblue cheese
  • ½cupcheddar cheese
  • 8ozsemolina rotini pastacooked

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Melt the butter in a pot on medium heat, then add in the flour, salt, pepper, and mustard.

  3. Whisk until smooth, then cook for 30 seconds.

  4. Slowly add in the milk in 1 cup increments until smooth.

  5. Add in the American cheese, blue cheese, and cheddar cheese, then whisk until fully melted.

  6. Add in the pasta and stir.

  7. Pour into the baking dish.

  8. Bake the mac and cheese covered for 20 minutes.

  9. Serve warm, and enjoy!
