How To Make Watermelon Vinaigrette
This watermelon-based dressing is best during the summer season because of its light and delish flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 cups watermelon, fresh, chopped and drained
- ¼ cup red onion, diced
- 2 tbsp honey
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- ¾ cup light olive oil
- 2 tbsp basil, fresh and chopped
- 1 tbsp parsley, fresh and chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Combine watermelon, honey, red onion, vinegar, olive oil, basil, and parsley in a blender.

Pulse on and off for about 30 seconds until combined.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve over mixed salad greens or fresh spinach and strawberries.
