  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 bunch tarragon, chopped
  • ¼ cup green onions, plus more for garnish, chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  2. Serve with crackers, toasted bread pieces, or chips and garnish with green onions. Enjoy!
