How To Make Tangy Chimichurri Sauce Recipe

Chimichurri sauce, just like pesto, just makes any grilled recipe a whole lot better. Here’s a simple recipe to make one at home.

  • 1cupfresh cilantro,chopped
  • 1cupfresh parsley,chopped
  • ½yellow onion,diced
  • 3clovesgarlic,peeled
  • ¼cupolive oil
  • 2tbspred wine vinegar
  • ½tspsalt
  • ½tsppepper
  • 1lime,juiced


  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until combined.

  2. Serve the chimichurri with your favorite steak, on chicken wings, roasted potatoes, or as a dressing for your favorite salad!
