How To Make Grilled Steak with Chimichurri Sauce
Tender grilled steak served with a flavorful chimichurri sauce.

Ingredients
- 4 8-ounce steaks (ribeye, sirloin, or flank)
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh oregano, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Season steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.

Grill steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare doneness.

In a food processor or blender, combine parsley, cilantro, oregano, garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Pulse until mixture is well blended but still has some texture.

Serve grilled steaks with chimichurri sauce drizzled on top.
