How To Make Mahi Mahi with Chimichurri Sauce

Flaky, succulent Mahi Mahi with a tangy herb Chimichurri sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 Mahi Mahi fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup packed fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup packed fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

  2. Season both sides of Mahi Mahi with salt, pepper, and 1 tbsp olive oil.

  3. Grill Mahi Mahi for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

  4. In a small food processor, combine parsley, cilantro, red wine vinegar, olive oil, garlic, and crushed red pepper flakes. Pulse until smooth.

  5. Serve grilled Mahi Mahi with Chimichurri sauce on top.
