How To Make Mexican Fried Eggs and Salsa

Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup favorite salsa
  • cilantro Chopped

Instructions

  • Heat a medium skillet and coat with butter.
  • Crack each egg over skillet and fry.
  • Once the edges of the egg whites start to brown, carefully pour salsa in the middle of the three eggs so as not to break the yolks and sprinkle cilantro.
  • Warm pita bread and serve.
