Ingredients

  • 4 steaks (1 inch thick)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, and black pepper.

  2. Place steaks in a shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Make sure the steaks are fully coated. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  4. Remove steaks from marinade and discard excess marinade.

  5. Grill steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust cooking time to desired doneness.

  6. Remove steaks from grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.

  7. Slice the steaks against the grain and serve.
