  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, honey, lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, black pepper, and salt.

  2. Place the meat (such as chicken, beef, or shrimp) in a large ziplock bag and pour the marinade over it, ensuring the meat is fully coated.

  3. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

  4. When ready to cook, remove the meat from the marinade and discard the leftover marinade.

  5. Skewer the marinated meat with vegetables if desired.

  6. Grill the kabobs over medium-high heat until the meat is cooked through, flipping occasionally.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
