How To Make Lavender-Infused Honey

This lavender-infused honey is the upgrade you didn’t know you needed. It adds another layer of flavor and aroma to your honey. Talk about fancy.

Cool Time: 1 hour
Total: 1 hour 10 minutes



  • 1cuphoney
  • 2tbspdried lavender


  1. Pour the honey into a medium, heavy saucepan and place over medium heat.

  2. Add in the dried lavender and let the honey come to a boil.

  3. Let the honey boil for about 5 minutes to let the lavender infuse, then remove from the heat.

  4. Pour the honey through a mesh sieve into a heat-proof container.

  5. Allow the honey to cool, uncovered, until room temperature for at least 1 hour.

  6. Enjoy!
