  • 2 cans of chickpeas, drained
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 cup of Tahini
  • 3 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp of cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • Carrot sticks
  • Cucumber sticks
  • Celery sticks
  • Bell pepper sticks


  1. In a food processor, blend the chickpeas, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, and salt until smooth and creamy.

  2. If the hummus is too thick, add a little water or olive oil to thin it out.
