- 1 medium-sized beetroot, roasted and peeled
- 1 can (400g) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a food processor, add the roasted and peeled beetroot, chickpeas, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
