  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup cucumber slices
  • 1 cup carrot sticks
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1/2 cup olives
  • 1/4 cup hummus
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Arrange the deli meats and cheeses on a platter.

  2. Arrange the cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, carrot sticks, snap peas, and olives around the deli meats.

  3. Place the hummus and ranch dressing in separate small bowls on the platter.

  4. Garnish with fresh parsley.

  5. Serve immediately.
