  • 1/2 head of cabbage, shredded
  • 1 large carrot, peeled and grated
  • 1/4 red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrot, and diced red onion.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine.

  4. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
