  • 2 cups fresh parsley leaves, packed
  • 1/4 cup fresh oregano leaves, packed
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, pulse parsley and oregano until finely chopped.

  2. Add in garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Pulse again until well combined.

  3. Slowly pour in red wine vinegar and olive oil while pulsing to form a chunky sauce.

  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

  5. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
