Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley minced
  • 1 tsp fresh oregano finely chopped
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes crushed

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients except shrimp in a blender unti it forms a puree texture.
  • Add one pound of shrimp and marinate for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator. Feel free to fry, grill or even bake this delicious seafood with a fragrant marinade.
