Herb Marinade for Shrimp Recipe

This herb marinade shrimp recipe has a very light marinade with all the flavor of basil, parsley and oregano.

 

How To Make Herb Marinade for Shrimp

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil (thinly sliced )
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (minced )
  • 1 tsp fresh oregano (finely chopped)
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes (crushed )
  1. Blend all ingredients except shrimp in a blender unti it forms a puree texture.

  2. Add one pound of shrimp and marinate for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator. Feel free to fry, grill or even bake this delicious seafood with a fragrant marinade.
