How To Make Meat Fondue

Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds of beef (sirloin, tenderloin, or ribeye), thinly sliced
  • 1.5 pounds of chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1.5 pounds of pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup of vegetable oil
  • 4 cups of beef or chicken broth
  • Assorted dipping sauces (like barbecue, teriyaki, and garlic aioli)
  • Baguette or crusty bread, sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a fondue pot or large pot over a portable burner.

  2. Pour the broth into a separate fondue pot or small pot and heat until simmering.

  3. Arrange the sliced meat on a platter and place it near the fondue pot with oil.

  4. Each person dips their preferred meat into the hot oil and cooks it to their desired doneness, using long forks or skewers.

  5. Once cooked, dip the cooked meat into the simmering broth for additional flavor if desired.

  6. Serve with assorted dipping sauces and sliced baguette or crusty bread.
