How To Make Boozy Chocolate Fondue

  • 200g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp rum or your choice of liquor
  • Assorted dippers (strawberries, pineapple, marshmallows, etc.)


  1. In a saucepan, heat the cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer.

  2. Remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate. Let it sit for a minute to melt, then stir until smooth.

  3. Stir in the rum or liquor of your choice.

  4. Transfer the chocolate mixture to a fondue pot or a heat-proof bowl placed over a low flame.

  5. Serve with an assortment of dippers like strawberries, pineapple chunks, and marshmallows.
