Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup milk
- 100g stilton cheese, crumbled
- 4 tbsp damson jam
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix together the oats, flour, caraway seeds, baking powder, and salt.

Add the melted butter and milk to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

Shape the mixture into small oatcakes and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the oatcakes are golden brown and crisp.

Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly.

Top each oatcake with a crumble of stilton cheese and a dollop of damson jam.
