Black Raspberry Jam Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 cups black raspberries
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 pkg powdered fruit pectin
  • 1 ½ cups honey

Instructions

  1. Mix the black raspberries, lemon juice, and pectin in a heavy-bottomed, stainless-steel pot.

  2. Bring to a boil over high heat.

  3. Stir in the honey.

  4. Return to a boil and stir slowly for 10 to 12 minutes.

  5. The mixture will resemble a thick syrup when done.

  6. Let cool, then pour into a storage container, cover, and refrigerate.
