Balsamic Vinegar BBQ Sauce Recipe

You can impress any BBQ fanatic with this sweet and tangy homemade BBQ sauce! It still has that smokey and sweet barbecue taste but with a hint of tang from the balsamic vinegar.

How To Make Balsamic Vinegar BBQ Sauce

  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • ¾ cup ketchup
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp spicy brown mustard
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium high heat, stirring occassionally until all ingredients are combined.
  2. Reduce heat to a simmer and let sauce reduce by ⅓ in volume, stirring occasionally.

  3. Bottle into glass and keep in refrigerator for at least 1 day before using on any meat of choice.
