Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 pound of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup of crushed Ritz crackers
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
-
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
-
In a bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers, melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
-
Take each shrimp and make a small slit along the back, being careful not to cut all the way through. This will create a pocket for the stuffing.
-
Stuff each shrimp with a spoonful of the Ritz cracker mixture, pressing it gently into the pocket.
-
Place the stuffed shrimp on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the stuffing is golden brown.
-
Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
