Preparation: 15 minutes
Cooking: 15 minutes
Total: 30 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup of crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers, melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  3. Take each shrimp and make a small slit along the back, being careful not to cut all the way through. This will create a pocket for the stuffing.

  4. Stuff each shrimp with a spoonful of the Ritz cracker mixture, pressing it gently into the pocket.

  5. Place the stuffed shrimp on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the stuffing is golden brown.

  6. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
