How To Make Pineapple Brown Sugar Easter Ham

A sweet and savory Easter ham glazed with brown sugar and pineapple.

Ingredients

  • 1 8-10 lb spiral-sliced ham
  • 1 can of crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 tsp of ground cloves
  • 1 tbsp of dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

  2. In a bowl, mix together pineapple, brown sugar, cloves, and dijon mustard.

  3. Place ham in a roasting pan.

  4. Pour pineapple mixture over the ham, making sure it is evenly coated.

  5. Cover ham with foil and bake for 2 hours.

  6. Remove foil and continue baking for an additional hour, basting the ham every 15 minutes.
