Ingredients

  • 1 (4-5lbs) bone-in Ham
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, unsalted butter, garlic powder and ground cloves.

  3. Place the ham in a baking dish and brush generously with the honey glaze.

  4. Bake the ham in the preheated oven for 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.

  5. Baste the ham every 30 minutes with the remaining glaze.

  6. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes before carving and serving.
