Ingredients

  • 2-3lb boneless ham
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

  2. In a bowl, mix together maple syrup, bourbon, dijon mustard, and ground cloves.

  3. Place ham in a baking dish and pour mixture over ham, making sure it’s evenly coated.

  4. Cover with foil and bake for 3-4 hours, until ham is fully cooked and tender.

  5. Remove foil and baste ham with the sauce every 10-15 minutes, until the sauce has thickened and ham is brown and caramelized.

  6. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
