Ingredients

  • 1 (4-lb) fully cooked boneless ham
  • 1/2 cup peach preserves
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Place ham in a roasting pan.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together peach preserves, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and ground ginger.

  4. Brush half of glaze over ham and bake for 1 hour.

  5. Brush remaining glaze over ham and bake for an additional 30 minutes.

  6. Let ham rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
