How To Make Raspberry Chipotle Easter Ham
Sweet and smoky glazed ham with a kick of raspberry and chipotle flavor.

Ingredients
- 1 (5-6 lb) fully cooked bone-in ham
- 1 cup raspberry preserves
- 1/4 cup chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F.

Score the ham in a diamond pattern and place in a roasting pan.

In a bowl, mix together the raspberry preserves, minced chipotle peppers, Dijon mustard, honey, smoked paprika, and salt/pepper to taste.

Brush the glaze all over the ham and bake for 1 hour, basting occasionally with the pan juices.

Increase the oven temperature to 400°F and bake for an additional 30 minutes or until the ham is golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 140°F.

Let the ham rest for 5-10 minutes before carving and serving.
